MICRO-NICE® BIO 3 MEX – RP1 Water Based degreaser
Industrial Oil & Grease Cleaner (Concentrated) For Aluminium, Stainless, Alloy, Plastic, Food Areas
APPLICATION
- Clean oil, grease and dirt on machinery and parts
- Help prevent corrosion and oxide.
- Safe to paintwork, plaster, tiles, glazed and rubber surface.
- Safe to use and environmentally friendly.
- Not less than 90% biodegradable.
USAGE
- For parts cleaning, Immerse boards or parts in the solution. (warm water up to 50 deg. C or higher may be help activate the cleaning reaction).
- Works well particularly with Ultrasonic cleaners.
- Clean out with water Wipe or blow dry after
- For tankers, spray concentrate solution over the cleaning surface.
- Allow solution to work for 15-20 minutes. Hose off with high pressure water.
- This product is supplied as a Concentrate. Dilution required. Mix ratio varies depending on type of grease

Water Based Oil & Grease Cleaner
Indications
- Remove oil, grease and dirt on factory floor. worksurfaces
- Suited particularly for food industry uses less time & rinsing water. Excellent when used with ultrasonice cleaners.
- Safe for paintwork, plaster, tiles, glazed or rubber surface.
- Safe to use & environmentally friendly.
- 96% biodegradable.
Directions for Usage
- 1: 5 to 10 solution : water mixing ratio.(warm water up to 50 deg. C or higher may be help activate the cleaning reaction)
- Spray or flood solution on cleaning surface. Brushing will help speeding up process. Leaving the solution on the surface prior to help cleaning ability.
- Gently rinse or clean down with clean water and wipe or blow dry.
- NOTE: This product is used for cleaning purpose only, it should not be taken internally.
- Wash down with plenty of water if it gets into the eyes.
- If swallowed, drink plenty of water or milk and consult physician.
